Reasons for high school coaches should test for steroids?

I'm trying to convince coaches to high school level to the testing of athletes.

the current use of steroids in high schools does not justify the cost. probably 50% of students who think they have been have been taking steroids fake gear. education steroid use is not as harmful as the reports of the media without education. more people die per week from allergic reactions to aspirin, then in 10 years from the side effects associated with steroid abuse.
