Would you notice an increase in muscle taking 5 mg of prednisone daily or every other day by What side effects are there to take 5mg?
LOL prednisone does not build muscle! It makes you fat and hunger b / c is a corticosteroid (not an anabolic steroid). You get huge chipmunk cheeks too.
Steroids and a bad hair cut have negative side effects.
