Help with literature?

I'm quoting an article of website. There sa title and subtitle. TITLE: What about the children? SUB: Two new campaigns seek to refocus the efforts of the protection of steroids on adolescents, not famous athletes How do I type that? Be the quotation marks, but how could include the subtitle? Italic? "What About The Kids ?……….."

Probably I would with any "what about the children? – Look for two new campaigns to refocus efforts against steroids to protect teens, not famous athletes. "O" What about the children?: Two new campaigns seek to refocus the efforts of the protection of steroids on adolescents, not famous athletes. "
