There was an increase in the number of cases of teens who use creatine supplements on television and newspapers. Most of those caught with them are adolescents residing in institutions of high school. Most of these institutions have imposed a ban on the use of creatine in their enclosure, so that they are caught often face serious disciplinary action. Although creatine has been banned from these institutions is the reason behind it has nothing to do with the legality or otherwise of which are dangerous. Creatine is not hazardous to the health of a person and have not been banned by any state, to my knowledge.

The reason I'm writing this article is to say that creatine is not a steroids such as other people might tend to believe. Steroids have the effect of causing these side effects, enlarged clitoris, irregular menstrual cycles, facial hair growth in women, the reduction of the testes in men, low sperm count, decreased libido, baldness, problems kidney, liver disease, heart disease, insomnia, increased aggression and depression. There is no way you can experience the following effects side when taking creatine.

Creatine is a type of natural supplement that has been used by bodybuilders many men and women around the world without any incidence of major side effects. If you are over the age of eighteen years is not recommended to use creatine supplements. Most adolescents using fall below this age group and that is why many do not like what they read in this article. But not shocked because this does not seriously affect their chances transform your body through sport as a teenager. The thing is that if you want to succeed in transforming his body as a teenager all you need adequate nutrition is to eat and train properly. Bodybuilding supplements play a very small role in regard to your muscle progress.

If want to avoid creatine supplementation during adolescence and even progress in the sport bodybuilding diet should include carbohydrates, proteins and vitamins. Proteins are the building blocks of muscles and also high in calories. Carbohydrates contain glycogen moreover it is very essential in nourishing the body to carry out an intense workout.

You need to take lots of carbohydrates because your body burns carbohydrates for energy, if stores carbohydrates are not enough body turns and starts to burn protein reserves. When this happens the muscles get depleted because no protein not enough.

The other thing we need to do to transform your body to weight training and implementation of techniques such as compound movements and progressive resistance training.
