INTRODUCTION: About two years ago, before my retirement as a local municipal government of Parana Operations Officer, Samar, I was invited by the National School Wright High School as guest speaker to speak on the topic of addiction. I gladly accepted the invitation and assure them of my presence, eventually appointed.
It was a morning when I got into boys portal and found myself facing adolescents school-girls and students of first, second, third and fourth year high school. First of all, I a short introduction of my person, a summary of my official duties as an official order and so my coming to them. In short I do not deliver their goods. Using images and sometimes the home language to unlock the hard words, I was able to arouse students' interest to take active involvement in the drugs debate The ability of high school education and students as a body, like me and thanked to share with them insights into the drug menace. I said thank you Lord my preparation and my little research does not go in vain.
Up this minute, a copy of this very conference is still in my possession. I happened to search my bag and thought flash through my mind. Why not share globally so that it can universally as a deterrent for our young people from falling into the trap of addiction.
WHAT IS A DRUG?
It is a substance that alters or modifies the state of emotions, perceptions and body functions of a person. It is a substance that leaves negative effect in mind. It alters or modifies in any way people think and feelings
There is destruction, darkness. It's hell – not paradise. It is a global threat. He is a resident who is always ready to swallow his innocent and unsuspecting. It is a refuge for the weak and humble, the unschooled, the big beast, the dull-head head cold, tormented, the run-away and the Stubborn. This is a one-way ticket to the dark side of life. It is death itself. It was Satan. It is something evil that ruins the future of anyone. It deprives one of his future happiness, welfare, etc. There is no sense personalities. Kings, queens and poor alike have been known to be eager users of the drug in all genres.
HOW ARE drugs known to the United States?
These substances are known to us in many names: shabu, marijuana, heroin, opium, tobacco, coffee, syrup against cough, rugby, cocaine, etc. There is a local source, a plant which is called "catyubong.
Why drugs should be avoided?
