Imagine! You embark on a new training regimen focused specifically on the construction of their arms. You follow the best practices nutrition, training like a madman, and in just over two months adds a little over an inch on each arm. Sound too good to be true, right?

While until a few months ago would have been a little skeptical myself until I experienced firsthand the previous scenario. That's right! After 18 years of training, thousands of hours in the gym and hundreds of training routines finally discovered the secrets of building truly impressive canyons.

We will qualify a things first. I've logged over 20,000 hours of training in the gym people, and I wrote in one of the most popular natural bodybuilding books of all time Freaky Big Naturally. He won 5 division titles in 4 different weight classes, including 4 trophies in general and a National Championship.

I have been fortunate to train with some of the best coaches in the world "and occasionally rubbed elbows with many of the legends of bodybuilding, like Franco Columbo, Frank Zane, Larry Scott Lou Ferrigno, and many of today's champions.

Now one would think that after all this I really know how to make weapons to be proud, but the fact is … I DO NOT!

You see, although I have learned to build a great physique, but to be "genetically challenged", my arms still behind the rest of my physique. I tried all the strategies, philosophies and styles of training possible. I bombed, criticized, and fried my arms all possible means I could. Despite my arms looked good and were above average had not yet reached the sleeve busting, jaw drop, tubes of the oven all the wishes of apprentice.

Now I'm not one to go and although I had been there for 18 years he would not resign. He knew that had to be a way to increase the size of my arms, without resorting to steroids or other drugs. Fortunately, finally cracked the code on creating massive arms to be proud. Here is how I did.

First, since I've tried everything I decided to do the exact opposite of what one is doing. That meant that instead of training 4-5 times a week to build size. I decided to train 6 times a week.

Since so many people following routines are low volume high intensity (and getting nowhere fast) I decided I'm going to make mega-volume moderate intensity. So let training to total failure and dramatically increased the amount of games he was doing to my arms, directly and indirectly.

How many sets? What There are 30-40 sets per exercise?

How many reps? I kept my reps in the range of 6-10 per set.

NO drop sets, forced reps, negative, biased, or anything more.

How many times a week? I did two full training sessions a week plus arm hit me arms indirectly on other days when he trained shoulders and legs in two days on the chest and back in two days. So my arms are all trained day!

Because I was hitting the gym as often and the volume that would be impossible to train to failure. So I just want to train each series until the last representative seemed difficult, but it was certainly an all out effort.

Needless to say, the work routine as hectic. Each workout followed by adding weight to the bar or repetitions of each exercise. I did the same exercises each training session for a whole month and then I changed the exercise to a new series next month.

What happened?

I packed in more than 12 pounds of muscle and 1 inch in each arm. My left bicep (the largest in my arms) measured 18 inches cold. The law is a bit smaller and I'm working hard on a jet on 18-inch mark, too. Yet these measures are not too bad for a guy who barely makes 5'8 "and weighs 205 pounds.

Finally, people are expressing their positive comments about my arms. The comments used to be "if only you could open arms would be great." Child after 18 is great to hear. Wow see how thick his arms are!

I should also add that I followed a very specific diet protocol during this training. Each day I consume around 1800 calories. And once a week in my training day did not consumed around 6,000 calories. This way of I could stay slim without adding fat while I was bigger and stronger.

Here's the truly shocking fact that most experienced gym veterans amazed and bewildered. I only consume between 50-80 grams of protein per day. However, almost all of this protein came from sources protein in vivo, and hemp protein.

So there you have it. It is possible the construction of 18 guns, no drugs. I've done it and you too can. Remember not to let anyone steal your dreams.
